Renewed the site with a new information structure that aligns with user and business expectations, simplifying navigation by reducing the clicks needed to search and apply filters, ensuring key information stands out amidst abundant content.



Streamlined Apply Process
The one-click application enhances user efficiency, saving significant time and boosting conversion rates. For internal staff, it leverages extensive data to deliver a streamlined and optimized experience for employees.
Personalized Job Recommendations
Simplify and personalize candidate job search experience by automatically surfacing job recommendations. The job recommendation system should utilize profile info, resume, user preferences, and activity cues such as alerts, jobs applied in the past, saved jobs, and search history to match jobs. The job recommendation system is expected to be powered by AI technology.

Transparency in Job-Candidate Matching
AI derives insights that enable a more accurate matching of candidates to job listings based on several criteria while showing the matching logic to candidates. This approach helps candidates identify and improve their skill gaps.
