My name is Xinjia Pang, and I am a Product Designer at Microsoft. I graduated from California College of the Arts, where I studied Interaction Design and minored in Computational Practices. I have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and React.

As a product designer, I am focusing on creating thoughtful and empathy designs that reduce the impact of undesirable user experiences. Designing products that help people to have a better life and experience is what I always seeking.

With three years of working experience, I have gained extensive expertise designing HR products. The projects I have worked on have delivered significant impact, and I have successfully collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver products that meet both business objectives and user needs.

I am particularly interested in designing for smart home systems, as the home is a place where people relax and spend a significant portion of their lives. My goal is to create exceptional user experiences that enhance the enjoyment and functionality of private spaces.

On my next step, I will be working more to improving myself and rich cross-functional knowledge to provide creative, thoughtful solutions and products.
